Free Shipping Service

Our shipping method is FBAPOSTALE-PACKET, USPS.

We have product warehouses located in the United States and Canada, So the product is shipped from the United States and Canada,We provide free shipping services for customers in most countries and regions in the world (except for remote areas that cannot be reached), no additional shipping fees will be charged.

The shipping adress and cost does not include as remote area defined on DHL’s website. Order Processing and Shipping Time

We begin processing your order within 24 to 48 hours after purchase (Monday through Friday).

For orders in the United States and Canada, it takes 2 business days  from purchase to shipping, and to 5 business days from shipping to delivery.

For other international orders (Excluding the United States, Canada and remote area), it takes 2 business days  from purchase to shipping, and 7 to 25 business days from shipping to delivery.

Shipping Related Instructions

  • If you received a tracking number that means your order has entered processing and is being fulfilled to ship. Please allow 24 hours to track your package for updates on https://track.aftership.com/en
  • If you miss the delivery time of the express service, we recommend that you go to the local post office to pick up the package. If you decide to reschedule the delivery time on the corresponding logistics website, please remember that this may delay the time you receive the package, and the delay time depends on the delivery time you reschedule.
  • If you have received the delivery notice, but have not received the product, please check the place where the product may be stored at the first time. If you cannot find the product, please contact the delivery person or the local post office. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact us by mail [xijingskincare@gmail.com].
  • FBAPOSTALE-PACKET, USPS are third-party suppliers. We do not exercise any control over fulfillment by FBAPOSTALEPACKETUSPS service or delivery. Please track your package and indicate the arrival time.
