Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

If you apply for a refund before the product is shipped, we will process your refund request within 48 hours, and your refund will be returned according to the original payment method.
If you apply for a return and refund after receiving the product,we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund request within 48 hours.you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds
The time for the refund to arrive will depend on the payment method.
If your order is cancelled or a refund is given to you due to a shortage of stock, you will receive a refund notification via email. If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Return Shipping Costs & Refund Handling Costs
If your product needs to be returned or exchanged due to products quality issues, defective or damaged, our will bear the shipping costs and refund handling costs.
If the product has no quality problem, no defect or damage, you still need to return or exchang the product, you will be responsible for paying the transportation costs incurred by your return and the refund processing costs for the returned items.Shipping costs and refund handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, Shipping costs and refund handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
